Allyson Campbell is Stevens Creek’s Director of Preschool Ministries. Born in New Orleans, she now resides in North Augusta with her husband Jim and sons Stuart and Matthew. She joined the staff in September 2003 after volunteering in the children’s department for 7 years prior. Even before she and Jim discovered they belonged at the Creek, she knew her special place of ministry was with children, teaching preschoolers for 3 years at another local church.
After attending college at University of South Carolina, she quickly earned the position of Director of Marketing for two of the largest advertising agencies in Georgia which handled the marketing for several theme parks, where her responsibilities expanded to include public relations and booking celebrity appearances. It was during this time that she married Jim. Although she loved the fast-paced business world, she left it to become a full-time mother when she became pregnant with Stuart.
An expert at multi-tasking, she is blessed with the gift of administration and a servant’s heart. Her desire is to make Stevens Creek’s children’s ministry a fun and safe place where even the youngest child can develop a relationship with Christ.

Wes Hennings is the Technical Producer at Stevens Creek. He comes to Augusta by way of Mena, Arkansas where he was born and raised. He learned his video and technical production skills as a fighting purple bear at the University of Central Arkansas. In 2004, he set off for Augusta and a television news job, but immediately found he loved the Creek, and it only took him three years to brainwash the leadership into giving him a staff job.
Wes was raised in church and accepted Christ early in his journey, and has now found a passion for using new media and the arts to reach people for Him. He is also an active part of the church's drama team.
Wes currently lives life untethered, which is good since he has trouble keeping goldfish alive. In his "spare" time, he enjoys letting out his inner thespian with several local community theater groups. Wes also loves hanging out with friends (especially the ones he's made at the Creek), plus swimming, rollerblading, music, and the normal junk like that.
